Deploy and configure the Delinea Secret server

Secret Server was deployed on a domain-joined Windows virtual machine. Microsoft IIS was installed on the virtual machine and configured to use the virtual machine’s certificate. Secret Server was connected to an existing Microsoft SQL Server database, which was also installed on the same virtual machine. A domain-managed service account was created to support these connections. All required permissions were configured in accordance with the Delinea Documentation - Secret Server Setup.
